Gender

One of the most pressing issues for the healthy development of Ecuadorian kids is an updated, outspoken, and uplifting education on gender. Despite many controversies, sensible and honest discussions on gender can help many boys and girls develop healthy identities, as well as break down dichotomies that deprive them their rights and sense of happiness. This section is intended to make visible those social differences and inequalities between genders, as well as facilitate discussions on stereotypes, prejudices, and power relations in the construction of gender.
